Can The owner organise the farewell ceremony?
From the moment your pet passes away in your home or the veterinary clinic, we can help you talk to us.
We suggest you some of the most common actions:
Call In Memoriam Animalium so we can take care of everything, collection, set up of the funeral wake venue, incineration, and delivery of the ashes with the proper certificate.
You can bring your pet to our venue, where you will have a warm welcoming and we will attend you personally to organise the goodbye of your pet, following your wishes.
Ask you vet to call us to organise the full service, collection, cremation and ashes delivery.
We put to your disposal our Pet Funeral Wake Venue.
Remember that you can use our wake venue during 30 minutes free of charge, so you can say your goodbyes to your pet.
In the case that you want to organise a ceremony with your family and friends, we can provide you with different services, ask us and we will customise your request.
Can the owner witness the incineration process?
Yes, you can be present and acompany your pet to the cremation room, so you can check that the process is personalised. Once there your pet will be introduced in the machine, and this one switchend on, for safety reasons, you will be asked to leave the room.
We would like to encourage you to book an appointment. The process takes approximately 3 hours, depending on the size of your pet and a set up time is required. We will give you a collecting time to facilitate your organisation.
If you prefer, we can take the ashes of your dear one to your home address or to the vet that you appoint.
